We recommend that you read the «General Terms and Conditions» carefully, which apply to all accommodation and tour bookings with «Jui's Swiss Trips & Homestay». In case of any differences of the content between the English original version and the translation into Thai of the «General Terms and Conditions», the English version shall prevail. |

1 Object of Agreement «JST&H» organises and operates your private tour through Switzerland and provides your accommodation during a booked tour. «JST&H» also offers accommodation without a tour booking. We are committed to:

2 Conclusion of Agreement and Transport Provisions
2.1 Conclusion of Agreement The travel and accommodation agreement between the customer and «JST&H» is concluded by acceptance of the customer's booking request by «JST&H». From then onwards the customer and «JST&H» are bound to the rights and duties of this agreement. If the customer signs up for other participants of a tour, the customer is liable to fullfill their obligations (especially payments) as well, as the customer's own obligations. These «General Terms and Conditions» apply to each participant. By the conclusion of the agreement by means of a formal confirmation by «JST&H», customers have accepted these «General Terms and Conditions». 2.2 Transport Provisions In general the Swiss Public Transportation System is used by «JST&H», therefore «JST&H» acts as a intermediary only, and the «General Commercial Terms and Conditions» of the concerned transport companies apply. «JST&H» can not be held responsible for trip alterations due to any delay by or any disruption of the public transport system. In any such case a compensation is excluded. 2.3 Passport, Visa It is the responsibility of the customers to make sure that their passport is valid for the intended journey, and to apply for the necessary visa in time. «JST&H» can not accept any liability for a refusal of entry due to unfulfilled entry requirements. The customers themselves are responsible for compliance with passport, visa, customs, foreign exchange and health regulations as well as to carry with them all necessary travel documents. All drawbacks which result by disobeying those regulations are at the expense of the customers only. |

3 Prices and Payment Conditions
3.1 Tour Prices
The tour prices of «JST&H» include the following according to and stated in the
personalized tour programme: 3.2 Payment Conditions b. Tour bookings with accommodation All payments are strictly net and payable to the bank account stated on the invoice by the due date of the invoice at the latest. Upon the acceptance of the customer's booking by «JST&H» a deposit is due. The final payment must be received in «JST&H»'s bank account no later than 14 days before the arrival date. b. Accommodation only The payment is strictly net and payable to the bank account stated on the invoice by the due date upon receiving the reservation confirmation by «JST&H». c. Walk-In Accommodation The payment is strictly net and payable in cash only. For short stays the payment is due in advance at arrival day. For longer stays, five nights and more, the rate for the first four nights is payable at arrival day. 3.3 Price Changes
In some special cases «JST&H» may be forced to raise the fixed tour price due to external
reasons such as: In any such circumstances «JST&H» will notify the customers immediately about any price changes. |

4 Cancellation and Refund Policy In general «Jui's Swiss Trips & Homestay» will refund all your payments, if you are not able to uphold your tour booking and/or accommodation reservation. However, for a refund some conditions and/or restrictions apply as listed below: 4.1 General conditions and restrictions If customers need to cancel their tour booking and/or accommodation reservation they are kindly requested to do so in a written statement sent to the email-address booking@juis-swisstrips.ch. Please notice that «Jui's Swiss Trips & Homestay» only will accept cancellations which are sent by email to the before mentioned address. All refunds will be made strictly by bank money transfer in Swiss Franc (CHF) only, to your preferred bank. «Jui's Swiss Trips & Homestay» will at least deduct the bank money transfer fee of CHF 5.00 per transfer from the refund amount. Refunded is the amount in CHF according to the amount in CHF on the receipt(s) which the customer received from «Jui's Swiss Trips & Homestay», less any deductions stated in the section «Cancellation and Refund Policy» of the «General Terms and Conditions» by «Jui's Swiss Trips & Homestay». Please note that the refund amount in THB recieved on your bank account may differ from the amount in THB, which you paid originally to «Jui's Swiss Trips & Homestay» due to the foreign exchange rate, possible fees of your bank and the necessary deductions by «Jui's Swiss Trips & Homestay» listed herein. 4.2 Cancellation due to visa refusal In the unlikely event of a visa refusal «Jui's Swiss Trips & Homestay» will reimburse all your already made advance payments, less any deduction mentioned in paragraph 1 above. In order to reimburse your advance payment(s) «Jui's Swiss Trips & Homestay» will need a copy of the official statement of the Embassy which refused the visa, that your visa aplication was rejected. By the way: the same statement you will need to get a refund of your paid travel and health insurance premium. 4.3 Cancellation due to personal reasons If a customer needs to cancel a tour booking and/or a accommodation reservation due to any personal reason (illness, accident, important family matters, holiday cancellation, etc.) «Jui's Swiss Trips & Homestay» will refund already made payments as follows: 4.3.1 Applicable to tour bookings combined with accommodation This paragraph applies strictly to booked standard tours only. The refund of customized standard tours and customized tours will be calculated individually. In either case «Jui's Swiss Trips & Homestay» will only deduct the real cost of cancellation fees which need to be paid by «Jui's Swiss Trips & Homestay» to transport companies.

4.4 Notification of the visa issuing embassy Please note: in any case of a cancellation of a customer's tour booking or accommodation reservation, after «Jui's Swiss Trips & Homestay» issued the reservation confirmation letter for the visa application, the concerned embassy will be notified about the cancellation. This most likely will lead to a revocation of an already issued visa or the rejection of a pending visa application. 4.5 Late Arrival In any case of a late arrival «Jui's Swiss Trips & Homestay» will not be able to refund any payments made by the customer nor a part of such payments, except mountain transport fares and entrance fees of not carried out trips due to the late arrival. 4.6 No Show In any case of a no show «Jui's Swiss Trips & Homestay» will not refund any payments made by the customer nor any part of such payments. |
